• 3/16 cup Soy Beans (this is equivalent to 1 & half of the supplied 30ml measuring cup)

  • 12 Fluid Oz (350ml) cold water

  • 1/4 inch piece fresh ginger (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

    We recommend rinsing the soybeans to remove any dust, the supplied stew pot is useful for this!

    Press the "Function" button, select the "Nut Milk" function, and then press the "Start/Cancel" button to enter the working mode.

    Use the provided strainer for any final solids and pour into your favorite container
