E1: NTC Control Panel is short circuited and the unit requires repair, Get in contact with us and we will assist with repairs or replacement
E2: Lid Safety Sensor. Please ensure the lid is fitted securely with no obstruction. There is a small magnet beneath the screwed panel on the lid that should be brought close to the metal strip sensor to remove E2.
E3: Machine has activated its dry-burn protection. During a high temperature fault you should unplug the machine and allow it to cool down. This error usually occurs when the machine runs dry or left dirty between uses.
